The 51st Opening Statement of the Party Supreme Council      □ Party Chairperson Lee Hae-Chan

  Democratic Party of Korea and the government will focus on the resilience of the people and the economic vitality this year. Today, I have a New Year's ceremony for a small business, and I will listen to the small-sized business New Year's Day ceremony on the next day. I will have time to listen and reflect on the voice of the field. I know that the President will invite 200 small and medium venture companies to Cheong Wa Dae. Party-government have been a step-by-step and comprehensive step-by-step measure for self-employed businesses, including six measures to cut card fees. In the meantime, small businesses and self-employed people have not been recognized as their economic entities, but it is important that they have established themselves as a single entity from the end of last year. In order to reduce the burden on self-employed, We will also support the economic burden of self-employed people by supporting 2.8 trillion won of job stabilization funds, 1.7 trillion billion in insurance premiums and 4.9 trillion won in work incentives.

 "소상공인·자영업자 부담 완화에 주력할 것"

    □ 이해찬 당대표 민주당과 정부는 올해 첫 번째 목표로 민생안정과 경제활력에 주력하겠다 . 이번 주에도 소상공인과 중소기업 소통행사에 가서 그분들의 말씀을 많이 듣겠다 . 오늘은 소상공인 신년하례식이 있고 , 모레에는 중소기업 신년하례식이 있다 . 현장의 목소리를 잘 듣고 반영하는 시간을 갖도록 하겠다 . 대통령께서도 오늘 중소벤처기업인 200 여명을 청와대로 초청해 고충을 듣는 시간을 가질 예정인 것으로 알고 있다 . 당정은 그동안 카드수수료 인하 대책을 포함해 총 6 차례에 거쳐 단계적이고 종합적인 소상공인 자영업자 대책을 마련했다 . 그동안 소상공인과 자영업자들이 경제주체로서 자기 몫을 인정받지 못하고 있었는데 , 작년 말을 기점으로 독자적인 하나의 주체로 자리매김했다는 것이 중요한 의미가 있다 . 당정은 소상공인 자영업자의 최저임금 인상부담을 줄이기 위해 올해도 일자리 안정자금 2 조 8 천억 , 사회보험료 1 조 7 천억 , 근로장려금 4 조 9 천억을 지원해 자영업자들이 가지고 있는 경제적 부담을 완화시키는데 주력하도록 하겠다 .
