100 days joint press conference with Party Chairperson and Supreme Council       □  Party Chairperson Lee Hae-Chan  

Hello. This is Lee Hae-Chan, Party Chairperson of Democratic Party.

Today, 100 days have passed since the leadership was launched.

I sincerely thank all those who support me and Democratic Party.

I and members of the Supreme Council were chosen by the Party members and the fellow citizens with the promise of supporting the success of Moon Jae-In Administration

through the stabilization of public welfare and communication within and outside the party.

We have resolved the abandonment and unfairness that have accumulated over the past many years.

Opening a new era of peace and integration

It was launched vigorously under the orders of the people.

First, I and the leadership of Democratic Party are based on communication of party, government and administration,

We are doing our best to make a working ruling party, a competent Democratic Party.

We hold informal meeting every week with the monthly meeting of the local, provincial, and local high-level councils where

Party Chairperson, the Prime Minister, and the President of the Presidential Policy Office participate.

The regular meeting of the standing committee was regularized every month

We are also negotiating with the ruling party at any time.

At least once a week, through communication of the party, government and administration,

We will share the state affairs issues, prepare joint measures with

by running 25 permanent and extraordinary special committees.

There is no inside or outside of communication and cooperation.

I have genuinely shared my curiosity about pending issues of political situation,

holding five press report conferences.

I listened to the difficulties of the field and asked for the integration of the people

through parts of the society with

four major corporations, civil society organizations, trade unions and trade unions, small and medium business associations,

We will do our best to make it a historic year.

First, I will concentrate on stable living and sustainable economic development.

We have entered the era of $30,000 per capita income this year.

We are on the verge of becoming a truly developed country.

However, the internal and external conditions are not in good conditions.

To create an embracing country where all citizens live together well

We need bold social dialogue that goes beyond companies, labor, and civil society.

We create creative welfare and labor models and innovation growth models that fit our reality.

We must invest in future industries based on social cohesion.

Democratic Party's early establishment of innovative growth infrastructure and innovation ecosystem,

significantly expanding R & D budget support for SMEs,

the revision of the Regulatory innovation law,

fostering mid-sized companies and small and medium-sized venture companies will be dealt with in depth.

In addition, must be settled to go to Gunsan, Changwon, Ulsan etc. and expand socially integrated jobs.

And we will prepare for a new era of peace.

Since we have made the Pyeongchang Olympic Games into the Peace Olympics,

Peace on the Korean Peninsula leads to a new order in Northeast Asia.

Through another inter-Korean summit and North Korea-U.S. summit,

When the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula and we enter the full-fledged state phase,

Democratic Party, in the past elections, presidential elections and local elections,

민생 안정과 당 내외 소통을 통해

문재인 정부의 성공을 뒷받침하겠다는 약속으로

당원과 국민 여러분의 선택을 받았습니다.

지난 오랜 세월동안 쌓여 온 적폐와 불공정을 해소하고

새로운 평화와 통합의 시대를 열어가라는

국민의 명령을 받들고 힘차게 출범하였습니다.

먼저, 저와 민주당 지도부는 당·정·청 소통을 바탕으로

일하는 여당, 유능한 민주당을 만들기 위해서 최선을 다하고 있습니다.

당대표와 국무총리, 청와대 정책실장이 참여하는

월례 당?정?청 고위협의회와 매주 비공식 간담회를 열고 있습니다.

상임위별 당정협의도 매월 정례화 하였고

수시 당정 협의도 진행하고 있습니다.

적어도 주 1회 이상의 당·정·청 소통을 통해

국정 현안을 공유하고, 공동 대책을 마련해서

정책 집행의 효율성과 일관성을 높였습니다.

당 차원에서는 주 3회 최고위원회를 열어 민생 현안을 점검하고,

매주 고위전략회의와 정무직 당직자회의를 열어

당무의 연속성과 일관성을 확보하고자 했습니다.

또한 당무 책임성을 높이기 위해 책임최고위원제를 도입하였습니다.

삼성 반도체 백혈병 분쟁을 중재하고, 타결시켰습니다.

또한 권역별 연석회의를 본격 가동시켜

노동계, 시민사회와의 정책협의도 강화하고 있습니다.

공정거래법 전부 개정으로 반칙과 불공정이 해소되면

민생현장에서 을의 눈물도 점차 사라지게 될 것입니다.

그 외에 14개 시?도와 예산정책협의회를 개최하였고,

부동산 안정화를 위한 당정협의, 빈틈없는 안보를 위한 예산 증액,

국민의 보다 더 나은 삶을 위한 민생 안정에 주력했습니다.

지난 100일 동안, 현장의 목소리도 듣기 위해

구미 테크노밸리, 울산 수소산단, 안산 반월시화산단, 전통시장을 찾았습니다.

그 곳에서 만난 청년창업가, 중소 기업인들로부터

혁신 성장의 가능성을 발견하였습니다.

더 많은 청년들의 발걸음을 현장으로 돌리기 위해

스마트공장 확대와 정주여건 개선을 약속했습니다.

포용성장의 지속가능성을 담보하기 위해서는

자치분권과 균형발전이 병행되어야 합니다.

2022년까지는 국세와 지방세의 비율을 7:3으로 전환시키는 것으로

먼저, 민생안정과 지속 가능한 경제발전에 주력하겠습니다.

우리는 올해 1인당 국민소득 3만불 시대에 진입했습니다.

진정한 선진국으로의 도약을 눈앞에 두고 있습니다.

하지만 대내외 여건이 좋은 것만은 아닙니다.

국민 모두가 함께 잘 사는 포용국가를 만들기 위해서는
