“Liberty Korea Party, should not poorly cover up the documents of the Defense Security Command”

  The plans and detailed plans included in the "Provisional Plan Details" released by Blue House on July 20, 2018 were beyond imagination. The 21 detailed items under the four big headings such as the step-by-step response plan, the Garrison Act, the declaration of martial law, and the enforcement of the martial law had a detailed plan of implementation that brought shame to the excuse that it is a simple review document. And the proclamation of emergency martial law, and the proclamation of the martial law, etc. were already in place, and the Internet and SNS blocking measures were established along with the media control. There was also a plan to arrest opposition lawmakers in order to nullify the National Assembly with the authority to release martial law. The fact that a plan of action existed can deduce that it has been approved in advance, and the fact that it was approved means that the former President Park Geun-hye and her escort forces have preliminarily plotted a coup d'etat.  The mobilization of troops, control of media, arrest of anti-government personnel, and the incapacitation of the National Assembly resemble the nationwide martial law sequence of the new military government, including the 5.16 coup in 1961, 10.26 in 1979, and 5.17 in 1980. The fact that some political soldiers set up an operational plan against the most peaceful and beautiful candlelight citizens in the world is a historical crime that cannot be forgiven by any excuse or reason. Now, Liberty Korea Party should not take a vague stance toward the promotion plan of the martial law of the Defense Security Command, but it should clearly state to the public. Whether you want to keep the Constitution and democracy of the Republic of Korea together with the citizens, or whether it will defend the coup d’etat plot that the extremist political forces and political soldiers set up should be clearly decided. Democratic Party will continue to question its responsibility, including citizens’ army pointing its gun at the citizens, considered military ‘rebellion crime’ as stated on the military criminal law, in an attempt to illegally seize governmental power. 

“한국당, 기무사 문건에 궁색한 엄호 말아야”  ■ 추미애 대표 지난 20 일 청와대가 공개한 기무사의 ‘대비계획 세부자료 ’에 담긴 계획과 세부방안은 상상을 초월한 정도였다 . 단계별 대응계획 , 위수령 , 계엄선포 , 계엄시행 등 4 가지 큰제목 아래 21 개 세부항목 , 총 67 페이지에 달하는 자료에는 단순한 검토 문건이라는 해명을 무색케 하는 구체적 실행계획이 적시되어 있었다 . ‘비상계엄 선포문 ’, ‘계엄포고문 ’ 등은 기작성되어 있었으며 , 언론통제와 함께 인터넷과 SNS 차단 방안이 세워져 있었으며 , 계엄령 해제 권한을 가진 국회를 무력화시키기 위해 야당의원 체포 계획까지 수립되어 있었다 .실행계획이 존재했다는 것은 사전에 승인이 되었다는 것을 추론할 수 있는 것이고 , 승인이 있었다는 것은 박근혜 전 대통령과 그 호위세력들이 친위쿠데타를 이미 예비 음모했다는 것이다 .

  병력동원 , 언론사 장악 , 반정부인사 체포 , 국회 무력화 등은 지난 1961 년 5.16 쿠데타와 1979 년 10.26, 1980 년 5.17 등 신군부의 전국 계엄 수순과 쏙 빼닮아 있다 . 세계에서 가장 평화롭고 , 아름다웠던 촛불시민을 상대로 일부 정치군인들이 총부리를 겨누는 작전 계획을 세웠다는 점은 그 어떤 변명이나 이유로도 용서될 수 없는 역사범죄인 것이다 . 이제 자유한국당은 기무사의 계엄령 추진 계획에 대해 애매한 입장을 취할 것이 아니라 국민 앞에 분명한 입장을 밝혀야 할 것이다 . 대한민국의 헌법과 민주주의를 시민과 함께 지킬 것인지 , 아니면 , 극단주의적 정치세력들과 정치군인들이 꾸민 쿠데타 음모를 옹호할 것인지 분명히 선택하시기 바란다 . 더불어민주당은 국민의 군대가 자국의 국민을 향해 총부리를 겨누고 , 정부권력을 불법적으로 탈취하려 했던 이번 사태에 대해 군형법 상 ‘반란죄 ’를 포함하여 그 책임을 끝까지 추궁할 것이다 .
