“Rebellion Conspiracy of the Defense Security Command...should eradicate sources of evil...”

  Everyone will think that it is not the plan of the Defense Security Command's arbitrary plan to prepare the martial law in case the impeachment is rejected. It is necessary to clearly figure out who is at the top line of the martial document, who was the power of the Blue House and the military at the time. In the future, Democratic Party emphasizes that if the delegation promises to "escort the regime," and refuses to reform the people's wishes, the Defense Security Command will need to reform the demolition level as a whole once again. Especially when the candlelight vigils were on the way to the parliament, the plan to trample the parliament under the protection of opposition members of the parliament was horrible. I will once again say that this is the most important reform task where the sources of evil should be eradicated as a preliminary conspiracy of civil war during the impeachment proceedings of the President.    

“기무사 내란예비음모…발본색원해야”  ■ 추미애 대표  탄핵이 기각될 경우를 대비해 계엄령을 준비했다는 기상천외한 문건에 대해서 기무사령관의 독단 계획이 아니라고 누구나 생각할 것이다 . 과연 계엄 문건의 사실상의 윗선이 누구인지 , 당시 청와대 , 군의 실세가 누구였는지를 명명백백하게 밝혀야 할 것이다 . 앞으로 더불어민주당은 만약 기무사가 ‘정권의 호위를 하겠다 ’라고 장담하면서 국민이 바라는 개혁을 거부한다면 다시 한 번 기무사는 전면적인 해체 수준의 개혁이 필요하다는 것을 강조하는 바이다 . 특히 촛불대선 당시에 장갑차까지 국회에 들어와서 특히 야당의원들에 대해 보호의 미명아래 국회를 짓밟으려했다는 계획은 끔찍하기조차 하다 . 이번 사안은 다시 한 번 헌법 수호를 제대로 하지 못한 대통령에 대한 탄핵 재판 진행 중에 이루어진 내란의 예비 음모 행위로서 철저하게 발본색원해 그 뿌리를 뽑아내야 하는 개혁 과제 중에 가장 중요한 개혁 과제라는 것을 다시 한 번 말씀드린다 .
