“Defense Security Command incident is a rebellion conspiracy crime... it should be fully investigated"

  Yesterday, President Moon Jae-In ordered the Ministry of National Defense to form an independent tribunal in connection with the 'document review for martial law'. The fact that the president, who is on overseas trip, promptly instructed the Korean government on the issue, he figured that the matter was serious. It is the order of the military commander to make the case clear and unequivocal, composed of non-army and non-military personnel, and independent investigation from the Minister of National Defense. The independent constitutional group to be formed in the future will have to promptly and thoroughly investigate the presidential orders by the orders of the people. Some of the opposition lawmakers are still trying to water down as they try to dismantle the militia while neglecting the gravity of the issue. However, it should be awakened that it is a crime of conspiracy to commit a civil war by setting up the people as a virtual enemy, planning the martial law, martial law procedure, scope of use of the weapons, and moving the military forces. If the Defense Security Command is still tainted by the security company's specter, it will have to be thoroughly revealed and reformed. It is necessary to clarify who ordered the martial law plan, who wrote it, and to what extent it was prepared. The people's trust in the army is infinite. However, it should not be forgotten that it is the people's command to respond firmly to the political forces that are trying to attract some political soldiers and the army into politics.  

“기무사 사건은 내란음모죄…낱낱이 밝혀야”

 ■ 추미애 대표 문재인 대통령이 어제 ‘계엄령 검토 문건 ’과 관련하여 국방부에 독립수사단 구성을 지시했다 . 해외 순방 중인 대통령이 국내현안에 대해 신속하게 지시를 내린 것은 그만큼 사안이 중대하다고 판단한 것이다 . 수사단을 비 육군 , 비 기무사 출신으로 구성하고 , 국방장관으로부터 독립적이며 독자적인 수사를 보장한 것은 사건을 명명백백하게 밝혀내라는 군 통수권자의 명령이다 . 앞으로 구성될 독립수사단은 대통령의 명령을 국민의 명령으로 받들어 신속하고도 철저하게 수사해야 할 것이다 . 일부 야당의원들은 아직까지 사안의 중대함을 애써 외면한 채 기무사 와해 시도라며 물타기에 나서고 있다 . 그러나 기무사가 국민을 가상의 적으로 설정하고 위수령 발동과 계엄령 절차 , 무기사용 범위와 군 병력 이동까지 계획한 것은 형법상 내란음모죄에 해당될 수 있음을 각성해야 할 것이다 . 기무사가 아직까지 보안사의 망령에 물들었다면 철저하게 밝혀내고 개혁해야 할 것이다 . 기무사에 계엄령 계획 수립을 누가 지시하고 , 누가 작성했는지 , 또 어디까지 준비되었는지 낱낱이 밝혀져야 할 것이다 . 국민의 군에 대한 신뢰는 무한하다 . 그러나 일부 정치군인들과 군을 정치에 끌어들이려는 정치세력들에 대해서는 단호하게 대응하라는 것이 국민의 명령이라는 점을 잊어서는 안 될 것이다 .
