“April 27, 2018, It will be recorded as the historical date that ended the division of the Korean Peninsula”

 ■ Party Chairperson Mi-Ae Choo   April 27th has now become an unforgettable day. 80 million people were together, and the entire world became one to be impressed. The summit in 11 years and the 12-hour summit at Panmunjom will be recorded as an unforgettable history that marks the end of the division of the Korean peninsula and moves on to an era of peace. The military demarcation line separating Panmunjom, which separated the heart of the people, shifted from being a symbol of the division to a symbol of peace. The scene where two summits descended by holding hands of the South and the North in order was a remarkable scene showing all over the world the beginning of the era of peace on the Korean peninsula.  The summits of two countries pledged to achieve complete denuclearization and peace on the Korean peninsula with voice while 80 million people and the people all over the world were watching. The Blue House additionally showed two important facts yesterday. It is that North Korea will dismantle its nuclear test site in the Northern area with openness and transparency during May and that the standard time of Seoul and Pyongyang will be matched.   Now, the big run declaring the end of the war and denuclearization, and that leading to the peace regime have begun. We will be together on the long march of history by catching our breath and having long breath in the long march of history. We have established the nation with candlelight democracy, and now, we will establish peace on the Korean Peninsula and open the era of peace and cooperation among the South, the North and the entire people. We will walk along the path of prosperity toward peace on the Korean peninsula based on close trust and diligence that the two Koreas built up together. Democratic Party will actively support the historic "Panmunjom Declaration" and implement well according to plan.   During this period, what the people sincerely want in our political circle is to receive an era of peace on the Korean peninsula with bipartisan cooperation. I wish that Liberty Korea Party could be together with the people ending the armistice system in the wave of a huge new era in 65 years.      

"2018년 4월 27일, 한반도 분단 끝낸 역사로 기록될 것"  ■ 추미애 대표 4 월 27 일 , 이제 잊을 수 없는 날이 되었다 . 8 천만 온 겨레가 함께 했었고 , 전 세계가 하나 되어 감동했었다 . 11 년 만의 정상회담 , 12 시간의 판문점 회담은 한반도가 분단의 시대를 끝내고 평화의 시대로 가는 지워지지 않는 역사로 기록될 것이다 . 겨레의 심장을 갈라놓았던 판문점을 가르고 있는 군사분계선은 분단의 상징에서 평화의 상징이 되었다 . 두 정상이 남녘땅과 북녘땅을 손잡고 차례로 밟으며 내려온 장면은 세계만방에 한반도에 평화의 시대가 시작되었음을 보여주는 명장면이었다 .   양국 정상은 8 천만 겨레와 전 세계인이 지켜보는 가운데 육성으로 한반도에 완전한 비핵화와 평화 실현을 약속했다 . 청와대는 어제 두 가지 중요한 사실을 추가적으로 밝혔다 . 5 월 중 북한의 북부지역 핵 실험장을 공개적이고 투명하게 폐기할 것이라는 점과 서울과 평양의 표준시를 통일하기로 했다는 것이다 .   이제 종전선언과 비핵화 , 평화체제로 가는 대장정이 시작된 것이다 . 우리는 숨을 고르고 , 긴 호흡으로 역사의 대장정에 함께 할 것이다 . 촛불 민주주의로 나라를 바로 세웠고 , 이제 한반도에 평화를 바로 세워 남과 북 , 온 겨레가 평화와 협력의 시대를 열어갈 것이다 . 남북이 쌓아올린 두터운 신뢰와 정성을 기반으로 한반도 평화로 가는 번영의 길을 함께 걸어갈 것이다 . 더불어민주당은 역사적인 ‘판문점 선언 ’을 차질 없이 이행하기 위해 적극적으로 뒷받침 해나가도록 할 것이다 .   지금 시기 , 국민이 우리 정치권에 진정으로 바라는 것은 초당적인 협력으로 한반도 평화의 시대를 맞이하라는 것이다 . 자유한국당은 65 년 만에 정전체제의 막을 내리는 거대한 새 시대의 물결에 국민과 함께 해 주시기를 바란다 .
