With the people! Wishing for the success of the 2018 Inter-Korean Summit

 □ Place: In front of the stairway of the National Assembly Main Building ■ Party Chairperson Mi-Ae Choo   Distinguished people, spring has finally arrived on the Korean peninsula. The spring of peace came to the Korean Peninsula in 2018. President Kim Dae-Jung left behind the phrase, "Miracles do not come like miracles.“ That is, it is a must to have a lot of effort, tears, and earnest wish to make a miracle of peace on the Korean peninsula, just as seeds can be sown, sweated, and diligently watered to make fruits. It is the spring of peace on the Korean peninsula after much patience and efforts. Two days later, the heads of the North and the South will meet. The whole world is paying attention. It will be a very special day. It is creating miracles beyond our imagination, as we cannot imagine. Perhaps after the North and the South meet, I expect that it will step on the accelerating pedal of peace. The media all over the world is even paying attention as more than 2,400 people registered. Please endeavor to make this miracle run for long so that ‘the end of the war’ and the 'declaration of peace' will be ultimately achieved.  Now, two days later, the South and the North will spend a long day, and the summit’s contents will be profitable, skillful, and regain trust as the entire world will be surprised and it will be a path moving forward. We should all be confirmed that the North and South leaders can meet well and open up the path of peace. Please send them resounding cheers.

국민과 함께 ! 2018 남북정상회담 성공기원   □ 장소 : 국회 본청 계단 앞■ 추미애 대표 존경하는 국민 여러분 , 드디어 한반도에 봄이 왔다 . 한반도에 2018 년 평화의 봄이 찾아왔다 . “기적은 기적처럼 오지 않는다 ”고 김대중 대통령님이 남기신 말씀이다 . 그것은 작은 열매라도 따려면 씨앗을 뿌리고 , 땀 흘리고 , 부지런히 물 주어야지만 열매를 맺을 수 있듯이 한반도 평화의 기적을 만들기 위해서는 무수히 많은 노력과 눈물과 간절한 기원이 있어야 되는 것이다 . 수많은 인내와 노력 끝에 찾아온 한반도 평화의 봄이다 . 이제 이틀 후면 남북정상이 만나게 된다 . 전 세계가 주목하고 있다 . 그날은 매우 특별한 날이 될 것이다 . 우리가 상상할 수 없을 만큼 , 상상을 초월하는 그런 기적을 만들어내는 것이다 . 아마도 남북정상이 만난 이후에는 남북이 노력하는 평화의 가속페달이 밟아질 것이라 기대한다 . 전 세계의 언론들도 무려 2,400 명이 넘게 등록할 정도로 주목하고 있다 . 우리가 만들어 낸 이 기적이 그대로 쭉 달려서 종국적으로 ‘종전 ’과 ‘평화선언 ’이 이루어 질 수 있도록 노력해 달라 .

  이제 이틀 뒤 남과 북이 긴 하루를 보내면서 그 내용은 알차고 야무지고 , 전 세계가 놀라울 정도로 신뢰를 복구하고 앞으로 나아가는 그런 길이 되리라 우리 모두 확신하면서 남북 정상이 제대로 만나서 평화의 길을 확 열수 있도록 열렬한 응원의 박수 보내 달라 .
