LKP’s Call to Overthrow ‘Dictatorial Government and Protect the Constitution’ Is Nonsense    □ Lee Hae-chan, Chairman of the DPK   The Liberal Korea Party’s illegal confinement, occupation, and violence have paralyzed the National Assembly. The main opposition party that has caused the current constitutional crisis with various illegal activities has been crying to “overthrow the dictatorship and protect the Constitution” at public rallies held on the weekend, spreading fake news and false rumors. Does the LKP calling for such slogans befit the party? While confronting lawmakers of the opposition LKP party on the 7thflooroftheNationalAssembly,andseeingthemchantingthoseslogans,Ithoughtittobeabsurd.Itooksomethirtyphotographsofthoseengaginginillegalactivitieswithmycellphonecamera.Iamgoingtofilecomplaintswiththepoliceagainsttheminperson.ItoldthosemembersoftheLPKthatmycareerasapoliticianwillbeoversoon.Butbeforeleavingthepolitics,IamdeterminedtosetthingsrightintheNationalAssembly.   Many people expressed their concerns when the National Assembly Advancement Act was enacted over a possible paralysis of parliament due to the act. But now, the National Assembly has been at a complete standstill rendering the bill meaningless. Members of the LKP claim that the very act of violating the National Assembly Advancement Act protects the Constitution. Some nonsensical situations are now unfolding in the National Assembly where the very party that enacted the Act is now violating it under the name of protecting the Constitution. Before retiring as a politician, I am firmly resolved to put things in order, thus making those who have committed such illegal activities in the National Assembly bitterly regret their shameful behavior and think twice before ever doing such actions again.

 독재타도·헌법수호 외친 한국당..어이가 없다

 □ 이해찬 당대표 자유한국당이 일으킨 불법 감금 , 점거 , 폭력 사태로 국회 기능이 완전히 마비되어 있다 . 이런 헌정문란 행위를 일으킨 자유한국당은 주말 유세에서 ‘독재타도 , 헌법수호 ’를 외치면서 가짜뉴스 , 유언비어를 퍼트리고 있다 . 자유한국당이 ‘독재타도 , 헌법수호 ’를 외친다는 것이 어울리기나 한가 ? 저는 7 층에서 대치하면서 ‘독재타도 , 헌법수호 ’를 외치는 것을 보면서 뭐라 그럴까 , 어이가 없다는 생각을 많이 했다 . 제가 직접 휴대폰 카메라로 불법 행위를 한 사람들 사진을 약 30 장 찍어 놨다 . 제 이름으로 고발조치를 하겠다 . 제가 그 사람들한테 이야기했다 . “나는 더 이상 정치 안 할 사람이다 . 내 이름으로 고발조치 하겠다 .” 제가 정치를 마무리할 사람이다 . 그러나 제가 마무리하면서 국회의 질서는 바로잡고 마무리하겠다 . 

국회선진화법을 만들 때 많은 사람들이 우려했다 . 선진화법을 만들어서 국회 기능이 마비되면 어떻게 되느냐 우려했는데 , 지금은 국회 기능도 마비되고 선진화법도 의미가 없어졌다 . 선진화법을 어기는 것 자체를 헌법수호라고 주장하는 사람들이다 . 선진화법을 자기들이 만들어놓고 어기는 것이 헌법수호라고 주장하는 이런 어처구니없는 사태가 대한민국 국회에서 벌어지고 있다 . 제가 정치를 마무리하면서 다시는 대한민국 국회에서 이런 행위를 해서는 안 된다는 것을 아주 뼈저리게 느끼도록 마무리하도록 하겠다 .
